Welcome to The Belvedere Hotel, a premier Queensland Hotel with history dating back to 1901, offering quality and relaxed dining and entertainment in Bramble Bay.
Recently reopened after extensive renovations, we boast revitalised spaces and a delicious new menu inspired by the ocean.
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef who thrives on achieving superior food quality, presentation and taste. This role will report to the Head Chef.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
About You
The ideal candidate will have flair, creativity and a genuine love for food, with demonstrated experience working in high volume venues producing a high quality menu.
